You can collect your bike from our shop, located at C/ Eivissa, 59 (corner of República Argentina), 07760 Ciutadella de Menorca, during our opening hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am – 1:30 pm
• Closed: Saturday afternoons, Sundays and public holidays.

If you wish, and the shop is open, you may also collect your bike the day before your rental starts, between 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm, so you can begin your ride early the following morning without any waiting.

What if my rental ends on a Saturday afternoon, Sunday or public holiday?

Don’t worry. You can return your bike on the same day, even if the shop is closed. When you collect your bike, we will explain our simple return procedure so you can finish your rental with complete peace of mind, even outside our opening hours.

Includes liability insurance to protect against damage caused to other vehicles.

It does not include damage to the bicycle or damage to your own vehicle.

Yes! We will provide you with a puncture repair kit with 1 inner tube per bike, pump, levers, multi-tool. Only for MTB Aluminium Hardtail, MTB Carbon Hardtail, MTB Aluminium Dual Suspension, MTB Carbon Dual Suspension, E-Bike MTB Dual Suspension and Road Bikes.

General terms and conditions:

• The person making the booking must present photo identification in order to receive the bicycles (ID card, Passport,…).
• The hirer will be responsible at all times for any damage caused to the vehicle(s), traffic offences or theft.
• Including civil liability insurance which includes damage caused to third parties, not including damage to the bicycle or damage to the renter’s own vehicle.
• Bicycles must be returned in the same condition in which they have been loaned, it being understood that any damage caused by negligent or negligent use must be paid for by the user; normal wear and tear caused by diligent use will not be considered as such.
• Failure to return the bicycle(s) will be considered as theft, which is a misdemeanour or offence under the criminal code, the parties agree that the user has the duty of custody of all the material that has been delivered, both bicycles and accessories, assuming the corresponding responsibilities in case of theft, robbery or loss of the material during its rental and must be paid according to its sale cost.
• The use of helmets is compulsory for children under 16 years of age and for adults only on interurban roads.
• Limited exclusively to persons over eighteen years of age. If the user is under eighteen years of age, the signature of their parent or guardian will also be required.
• I am aware and accept that the practice of cycling is a risky sport, so I agree to abide by the instructions provided, exonerating TOT VELO, S.L. from any civil, criminal and personal liability arising from any mishap that may occur during the period of the test, including personal injury. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety.

You will need to bring your identity document (DNI / NIE / Passport).

Comfortable clothes and suitable footwear.

We can store small items, bags or hand luggage during the day, we have changing rooms and toilets. For larger items of luggage, we recommend you store them at the hotel or accommodation.

In case of theft, you will have to pay the original purchase price of the bike and any other stolen accessories. We will provide you with a lock so that you can store your bike safely while you are away.

We have baby carriers for city bikes with standard luggage racks (Urbana City Disc, Tandem and E-bike City).

The rental includes:

• Bicycle
• Helmet

• The E-bike City, a Saddlebag and Battery Charger (If the rental is for more than one day).
• The Road bike, tool kit and Garmin support. You can choose between different pedals (Look Keo, Shimano SPD-SL, Shimano SPD (Mountainbike) or Mixed Pedal Flat/SPD).
• The MTB Aluminium Stiff, MTB Carbon Stiff, MTB Aluminium Dual Suspension, MTB Carbon Dual Suspension, E-Bike MTB Dual Suspension Tool Kit. You can choose between different pedals (Normal/Flat Pedal, SPD Pedal or Mixed Flat/SPD Pedal).
• The MTB Carbon Hardtail, MTB Aluminium Dual Suspension, MTB Carbon Dual Suspension, E-Bike MTB Dual Suspension are equipped with Tubless system.
• The E-bike MTB Double Suspension includes battery charger (if the rental is for more than one day).

Extras:

On the Disc City, E-bike City and Tandem bikes you can install: Saddlebags (+1€) or Baby seat and helmet (+2€).

A “WeeRide Co-Pilot” children’s bike can be installed on the Urbana MTB bikes.

The WeeRide® Co-Pilot semi-tandem bike is designed for older children, who can already carry their own bike, but who do not yet have the stamina to go on longer routes or the confidence to ride loose. It attaches to the back of the adult’s bike. Recommended for children between 4 and 9 years old (over 1.20 cm and under 35 kg). Rear safety flag. Can be pedalled forwards, backwards or without pedalling.

Yes, delivery can be made anywhere on the island of Menorca, to a location accessible by vehicle at street level. You can choose this once you have all your products ready in your cart. When you click on ‘Continue,’ next to all your details, in the ‘Additional Information’ field, you should add all the information you have, including the full address, street, number, name of the villa or hotel, etc.

You can also indicate if you want the pick up on the last day at a time other than 19:00h which is the last time allowed.

For the rental of MTB Aluminium Hardtail, MTB Carbon Hardtail, MTB Aluminium Dual Suspension, MTB Carbon Dual Suspension, MTB Carbon Dual Suspension, E-Bike MTB Dual Suspension and Road bikes, a spare tube and the necessary tools to fix a puncture or some less serious breakdowns are included, the rest of the bikes are prepared with special tyres and tubes to avoid punctures as much as possible.

The rental of an electric bike for more than one day includes a battery charger. We suggest that you charge the battery every night after riding and check that it is fully charged before your next ride.

• You can cancel up to 10 days before the date of the reservation, refund of the total amount paid so far.
• Cancellation between 5 and 9 days before the date of the reservation, 50% of the total amount paid up to the date of the reservation will be refunded.
• Less than 5 days before the booking date: no refund of the amount paid to reserve the bicycles.
• Once the rental has started, if you wish to cancel the reservation, only 50% of the proportional part of the remaining days will be refunded.
• TOT VELO cannot be held responsible for weather conditions, illness or personal injury that prevents the use of the bicycle.

You can pick up your bike during our opening hours in the morning (Monday to Friday from 9:30h to 13:00h, Saturday from 10:00h to 13:30h) or the day before (Monday to Friday from 19:30h to 20:00h). Closed on public holidays.

Yes, we have luggage storage space, a dressing room and bathrooms. TOT VELO offers you a variety of routes that start right outside our shop.

In the event of damage, you will be charged for the cost of repairing or replacing the accessories or equipment. In the event of an accident, you must pay the original purchase price of the bicycle. Normal wear and tear caused by diligent use will not be considered as such.

We have 20” (115 to 135cm) or 24” (130 to 155cm) junior bikes.

We also have the option of adding the WeeRide® Co-Pilot semi-tandem bike to the Urbana MTB bikes. It is designed for older children, who can already carry their own bike, but who do not yet have the stamina to ride longer routes or the confidence to ride loose. It attaches to the back of the adult’s bike.
